Shipping Policy

United States

The standard method of shipping for delivery of orders within the 48 contiguous states is UPS Ground*.

International
International orders are shipped via US Postal Air Parcel Post. To best serve our International customers you may send an email prior to placing an online order to guarantee shipping fees. Please send your email to orders@airmechanical.com and include the following information; Name, Street Address, City, State/Province/Country, Zip Code, and all the products you would like to order. Then an email will be sent back to your email address with your shipping fee total.

Shipment Schedule

Orders will ship in 7 to 10 regular “business days” of order being received. UPS does ship UPS Ground over the weekends, and we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. National holiday’s are not considered regular business days.

If the item is out-of-stock OR if it is a special order item, you will be notified. Please allow extra delivery time for these items.

*UPS Ground Charges are calculated by UPS software and are determined by the zone, the actual weight of the package and the dimensional weight of the package. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight.

Return Policy

  • Air Mechanical Inc. will pay for return shipping only if the error was made by Air Mechanical Inc. or if the item is found to be defective
  • Refunds on items will only be done if the item is returned within 30 days and is in resalable condition. Item must be in original box with original packing material. A 10% restocking fee will apply
  • All refunds require a Return Authorization Number.

  • There are No Returns on electrical or electronic parts or equipment
  • There are No Returns on non-USA orders

Hold Harmless Agreement

Buyer herein agrees to assume any and all responsibility for the installation and use to which the goods herein purchased are ultimately put and further agrees to hold Seller, its employees, agents, officers and directors harmless from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, suits, orders, judgments and liabilities and any and all losses and costs relating thereto for any and all injuries, damages or losses sustained or claimed to have been sustained by anyone other than the Buyer which are caused, or claim to have been caused, by whole, in part, directly or indirectly, by Buyers purchase, use and installation of said purchased goods.
